Celtic-Plus Event and Celtic Plus Proposer's Day
29-30 March, Heidelberg
The EUREKA cluster Celtic-Plus organises its 6th official Celtic Event and Celtic-Plus Proposer's Day on 29th and 30th March 2011 at the Marriott Hotel in Heidelberg/ Germany. A get-together cocktail will be arranged on 28th March from 18:00. The Event is targeted on decision makers, managers, and technical experts from the telecommunications industry, operators, and academia. Over 200 experts and decision makers are expected to attend the sessions.
Objectives:
The focus is on the new challenges for the telecommunications world and the competitiveness of Europe's telecommunications industry towards a Smart Connected World.
Celtic-Plus Proposer’s Day (29 March):
Discuss new research projects and build new project teams on:
- New service challenges:
- Get connected (telecommunications infrastructure challenges)
- Digital City
- Digital Home
- E-Health
- multi-disciplinary topics
You may indicate your interest in a specific session or a project idea presentation at the
proposer's day registration form.
Celtic-Plus Event (30 March):
- High-level views on future challenges from industry perspective
- Future Internet, how the program impact should be extended
- Green-ICT, CleanTech, Smart Grids
- Inter-disciplinary challenges for a better, cleaner, energy-efficient world
Exhibition:
In parallel to the Event a Celtic project exhibition will be organised by Celtic project teams demonstrating their achievements, demos or prototypes and discuss their results with interested experts.
