Key Performance Outcomes are key result defined by the organization and agreed in their policy and strategies.
Financial outcomes may include: Market related and general data, Profitability, Investment and asset related information and Budgetary Performance.
Non-Financial outcomes may include: Market share, Time to market, Success rates, Volumes and Process Performance.
Key Performance Indicators are the operational measures used in order to monitor and understand the processes and predict and improve the organizations likely key performance outcomes.
Financial measures may include: Cash flow, Project costs, Maintenance costs and Credit ratings.Non-Financial measures may include: Processes, External resources including partnerships, Buildings, Equipments and materials, Technology, Information and knowledge.
